I went to AGNSW yesterday to see the Archibald/Wynne/Suliman prizes. It was PACKED. My abiding memory is not any art, but fighting to see anything at all (not easy when you're 155cm).
It was a public holiday so that bit's on me, but it honestly never occurred to me it would be THAT busy.
