I was able to create a separate account, partially to let people know what happened to me. I have heard nothing from support about my old account.

Same except I got as far as them asking me to change the email address on my acct to another “support” address so they could “investigate” activity. Guess who fell for it? I feel so dumb. I contacted support but at this point I actually don’t want my account back now.

Unfortunately the same thing happened to me and I fell for it. Lost my main account and very difficult to get in touch with support. Very convincing scam.
