On my way to add a parallax effect, I re-did the camera system, enabling this “debug camera” option.

This prototype was mostly just a for-fun project. It mixes Megaman Battle Network battles with Pokemon-like creatures. This prototype its just the battle system; we imagined this would be used in an RPG.

This was a prototype for exploring 2D movement as we developed Wing. Even though this was made in Unity, nearly all of the movement and collision was handled by hand-made code.

I'd also like to showcase a few other prototypes. This first one is a concept for "AVA.exe," a Metroidvania style game where you play as a curious program trying to escape the lab.

In this concept, you'd unlock abilities that you could swap between at certain stations.

We originally developed Wing in Unity, but decided to switch to MonoGame for many reasons. You can still play the Unity demo, which has a lot of features we're still working on recreating.
