Welcome followers! At the Department of International Politics at Aberystwyth University we are a community of Politics & IR scholars who combine intellectual rigour with a friendly and supportive environment. We mainly post about academic staff research and what is happening in the department.

Day Four of Welcome Week: First years have a session about using the library resources, second and third years have a welcome back meeting with @alshepherd.bsky.social, second years will meet their personal tutors and in the evening a reception for new and returning postgraduates. Busy day!

Their research addressed the nature of intergovernmental relationships between the UK and the Scottish and Welsh Governments relating to new the UK-EU relationship post Brexit. Having their work cited in this report demonstrates the relevance and importance of academic work to policymakers. 3/3
