The thing about boundaries, also yeah. Both ways. You can tend to get excited and "be too much" or let people step over your boundaries because it's hard to mentally calculate how upset they'll get at you for it. Easier to appear aloof and just observe from afar.

Internal monologue a lot. So when you're holding your tongue the thoughts loop over and over. So you try to move on and do stuff, but your brain is already occupied with that.
A month of meds and it hasn't really changed the habit but it's a lot less of a mental burden.

I'm a month into my ADHD treatment (inattentive) and yeah that sounds about right. I used to give a lot of strong opinions in general but when people take it personally you learn to hold your tongue and just stew. It's exhausting. Inattentive type also makes you focused on (1/2)
