Do you know how many elections there are in Oklahoma? Because it's more than just one. A LOT more, and they ALL count. People who assume there's only one election that counts in any given state are too clueless to discuss electoral politics in any serious way.

You were responding to someone else, and if you look at the thread, you clearly replied to Lott and Hastert with "they were nothing compared with the assholes that came after them" and went on about folks who came before. The cause for confusion was clear. But we don't need to dwell here.

And that just fuels their inferiority complex, which they put forward as some bizarre sort of superiority, and it just cycles on and on in a destructive way that doesn’t help anyone—least of all them and their causes, which a lot of us would support. It’s madness.

The farther left is convinced there are a lot more of them than there actually are, and come with such a massive chip on their shoulder that they poison the well for the left as a whole. They don’t get that they need normie support and shit on it instead—losing folks like me and a lot of others.

“Voting will not work” is where you lose me and other sane people who recognize that voting is the one thing that scares these folks more than anything else because IT DOES WORK, and folks like you who cast doubt on it are helping to suppress the vote and do their work for them. Miss me with that.

Folks REALLY need to listen to Rachel Maddow’s Ultra podcast if they think ANY of this is new. Pretty much NONE of it is, to an extent that’s downright eerie. America has been this messed up for at least a solid century, and considering the N*sis modeled themselves on us, longer.

Air America tried. It didn’t work—because the left wing isn’t wired the same way as the right and it wasn’t a natural fit. Not everything works the same way for everyone.

This need to be "lit up" to vote is a huge part of the problem. If Donald John Trump and his Parade of Incompetents isn't enough to light a fire in you to vote, I don't know how to help you—or save this country from itself.
