How to ID the pups: Cedar has more silver guard hairs on his back and face and a narrower muzzle, while Rowan has a broader muzzle and fewer silver hairs. Personality traits: Rowan is laid-back and more dominant, whereas Cedar tends to be anxious in new situations. Pups are 22 lbs. at 2months old.

Rieka, the dominant female, has been regurgitating food for the pups. You might wonder why she does this. The answer lies in a hormone called prolactin, often referred to as the nurturing hormone. When an adult wolf regurgitates food for the pups, it serves as a way to feed and care for them.
