I once had an overbearing boss who would wake me up at 7 in the morning over similar "incidents" that weren't even incidents either. Somebody higher up just had a question about the design of some internal app that wasn't even launched yet. 🙄

I worked on this app for the past 8 years at a little old VR startup company, which was bought out in 2023 but now the majority of our studio has just been eliminated (60 engineers including myself with only 11 remaining, and the whole entire content team, etc.)
