I’m concerned for the industry this year—it’s not just the diseases and economic boycott from foreigners, we’ve also got mass layoffs of federal workers, rising prices of gas and consumer goods fueled by tariffs, Medicaid cutbacks, and more. Leisure/travel is the first to go when money gets tight.

Our healthcare system is fundamentally broken in more ways than anyone can count. Healthcare doesn’t need to reform from its current state to 100% universal to get better (although I personally believe it should). But “somehow” this issue didn’t even get mentioned in either presidential campaign…
