i always know what’s best for me ☺️ i ignored my gut too many times last year when it was screaming that things were wrong. and i paid the price. this year i stopped doing that and very quickly got my inner peace back 🩷

i was so miserable this time last year. emotionally burnt out from being played with. physically burnt out from not eating. i’m so happy it’s possible to improve so much in a year 😌 cause i feel so amazing and at peace now
