And Twitter / Insta were always very different. Text only posts interspersed with pics is my jam.

I had the same thing happen to me. Did you have one of those custom handles that isn't the default bsky.social one?
I had one for avoids.work, but it died. I emailed the support who started the system, waiting to hear for a response.
Might wanna change it to be the default or another domain.
