At ~11:45 AM UTC, IODA shows recovery of Internet connectivity in Afghanistan. This is the first sign of recovery since Monday, Sep 29th, when the government ordered a country-wide shutdown of the Internet.

According to Angola civil society, there was a government-directed Internet shutdown during nation-wide protests on Saturday July 19. IODA observed a ~4-hour shutdown, starting at ~12:40 PM (UTC) and ending ~4:20 PM (UTC).
