For what it’s worth (probably an extra 10% ish) and I can’t scientifically prove it, but our experience of running 2 cafes in Gwynedd & Ynys Môn convinced us that offering a fully bi-lingual service attracts more customers (both non Welsh speakers and Cymraeg)
