@dmmdipodcast.bsky.social with regard to the latest bonus episode: Death of Sleep is a prequel to the Dinosaur Planet duology and the connected Planets Pirates books (with which it is usually grouped). It doesn't feel very "McCaffrey", though it is a solid enough book.

Grabbed the new 10 at Rochdale last night on their new 10 bell practice. C10, Y10 and S9, with LB10 and PH10 also. Nice bells, so much better than the old 8!

Good practice last night: Pb8, k8, s7, Y8, DNCBM, PH8 all in hand, then G7, S7, C6 and L6, is some rounds and calls on tower bells.

Yay, train isn't stopping at Sandwell and Dudley. Because it has been diverted to avoid BHM all together, boo. And none of the train route planning apps seem to recognize this, so they aren't of much help planning my new route :?
