Imagine being able to easily afford having many beautiful models pee all over you naked, but never having experienced someone doing it out of love and passion.

5/ Phone menu systems suck to think about, design, program, and maintain, but we seriously need to do better than this as a society, just like how SSNs should be replaced with PKI. I would LOVE to experience a future of online services as first-class experiences rather than phones being the default.

4/ Finally getting to speak with someone after likely having explained my problem multiple times to a few other people already, only to have them be able to fix it by using their own special version of the same website that allows them to just do the thing I could not is just the cherry on top.

3/ Instead, it's always just 5-15 minutes of fighting with dodgy voice recognition, entering the same info again and again, etc to end up in the general queue behind everyone who is calling with questions that they could, in fact, self-service online. This leads me to procrastinate / give up.

Online systems really need to offer some type of "shortcut code" and a different phone number that only allows you to call and input a code. The code would enqueue you with the correct department to help based on where your error / exception was online.

He’s also a huge narcissist and they don’t tend to get along with their own kind. They’ll drive each other crazy soon enough and I love that for them 🍿
