It very much is who we are.

I’m making more than ever but spending less. I’m tired of the endless cycle of consumerism. If I need to shop, I try to shop small and local.

Many banks or investment companies will bid what they are owed or way above minimum bid to avoid competing offers. Generally, too many auctions require cash that discourages owners from buying properties back.
