BACKSTORY

Is Deneb from Xenobia? When I was but an aspiring young witch, she taught me how to lead a pumpkin army in Ogre Battle 64. I should recruit a Xenobian Witch girl and train her up to take Verity's place as my personal avatar.

Mechanically, this will also resolve long term loyalty issues.

it's the thought that counts

Meanwhile Astraea's mom is just happily enjoying retirement while Astraea's polycule runs a mercantile business in place of the piracy.

I had to play the sword wielded by my character from the previous campaign because Astraea refused to fight her mom and dad.
