tmnt has a very extensive rogues gallery throughout its many continuities, and the IDW comics, where a lot of this is seemingly pulled from, has a very large main cast as well

personally, i think a few extra seconds at loading screens is worth saving 130 GB in storage.
but yea, its why a lot of AAA companies stopped compressing their games, less demands for physical, hard drives are cheaper now, and they can brag about faster load times

no its just file compression, all that is going to change is load times because your computer will need a few extra seconds to uncompress the assets they need. no quality drop, just longer loading screens
