Why am I called that, you may ask?

Well, I've got Irish in my family and the "Pete" part is a play-on-word gag for the peat found in Ireland.

That's all.
Considering that this doesn't seem all that different to what Go! Animate was essentially advertising itself as, I imagine it's going to end up in a similar situation to it.

Honestly, a lot of this AI tech bro crap just seems like the next Go! Animate type dilemma. And it's only a matter of time before it crashes like that program did.

...the main character's home, via stuff like some trust fund patsy with delusions of grandeur, or something.

You know, given some of the stuff going on in the world at lare, I wouldn't be surprised if they decided the repurpose the shock collar element, into basically how other places in the world of Zootopia basically "kept the peace".
Could've even had that place try to spread that influence over to...

Well, more power to them. They know the value that real art entails.

Yeah, I mean, whilst there is a point when something goes into "gratuitous and tasteless" territories, that really isn't an excuse to act all puritanical about the contents of any horror story. Especially when the genre is probably the best way to really talk about the ugly side of real life anyway.

Considering how some people have been questioning if the group you were formally a part of, may have had a hand in today's media illiteracy and bad faith criticisms, I imagine you're going to have more to worry about, than the shifting consensus of a Dr Seuss adaptation.

...on the Illumination version.

Even with its faults, I think the Ron Howard version had more charm and life put into it, when the Illumination version just seems to fall into a similar milquetoast rut that a lot of their films fall into.
Plus, Jim Carrey knew how to chew the scenery.

Honestly, I've seen both it and the Chuck Jones version, and whilst I will admit that the latter was definitely more faithful to the original source material, I can't deny the entertainment value involving the former.

And feel free to burn me at the stake for this, but I think it's got a leg up...

Nah. It's no problem for me. Honestly, with a lot of stuff going on right know, my hands have been kind of tied myself. So, don't think I don't get it, because I do.
