to clarify i am not actually upset at all bc they're still usable, just the decorative part came off, and i only bought them to have a comfy pair to sleep in, so it's honestly a non-issue, but it IS funny

(this is what happens when you transfer schools without choosing your courses based on plans to transfer schools lmaooooo, and I have no regrets about the way I did this, for various reasons, but also 0/10 do not recommend if you can avoid it)

the thing is like. there's nothing wrong with the classes or with students who don't yet know what they're doing. but I have gotten to a point where I *do* more or less know what I'm doing, and it makes first year classes very painful

i mean different roommates than last year but. i just came home to the heat *blasting* to the point that i went from "oh wow it's cold out" to "holy shit i'm going to throw up it's so hot" within like thirty seconds of coming in the door

last year we had a little bit of a temperature war in one bathroom when the other bathroom was out of commission, but we could control out own bedrooms. this year the common area, bathrooms, and bedrooms are all the same control. send help

same thing could probably have been achieved by simply starting a new twitter, but i was never going to do that because i had too many memories on my old one
