today, I visited the library I grew up going to every weekend. It met my expectations. art and architecture surround books and the chairs are cozy. All libraries should be inviting and inclusive spaces.

Every night I have trauma dreams. Recently I decided to accept my disability + took time off from my business to heal. I've been focusing on Pelvic Floor PT, acupuncture, chiropractic + seeking specialists. Physical manifestations are improving only minimally + keeping this schedule is exhausting...
