I can think of three, big ways that adults in their 20s and 30s have it worse:

1) cost of housing relative to income
2) cost of childcare relative to income
3) cost of higher education/student loan debt relative to starting salary

It's worse than that.. typically only 60% of any county is employed.. seniors, kids, nonworking spouses etc.. so this is probably 50% of the employed base of the county now out of a job all at once. I am sure the tax breaks given to Tyson just ran out too. So the county is also out Tyson taxes too.

The legal burden is on the INS/CPB to only select "aliens" for enforcement. They are only allowed to ask if youre a citizen and you don't have to prove it. Only actual aliens have to have papers. The legal burden is on the government not US citizens. They are well outside the law picking up people
