How can you make such a brilliant show and have your head so far up your ass at the same time?

Friend of the common man my arse.

Average job approval rating of 42.2%.

The second lowest in Gallup polling history.

His position on Israel is why Trump won.

Y'all are delusional and in denial.

No, it's Harris is a shitty alternative, & it's not a binary choice between shitty & shittier.

It's really easy for Americans to call this a democracy when both major parties are perpetrating genocide overseas where they're immune from the conditions their coward asses are greenlighting for others.

neolibs in exchange for being ignored in non-swing states where their votes do not impact whether they win the election.

It's insane to me.
December 7, 2025 at 7:23 PM
Voting for a neolib in a non-swing state doesn't impact the outcome of the election and unnecessarily capitulating our votes to neoliberals that try to hold our votes hostage does not reduce harm.

It actually works against us.

So, why do the majority of progressives keep ceding their votes to...

It's needs to be an outside-inside strategy.

You have to be able to not vote for them if the refuse to negotiate and shun you to appeal to moderate Republicans.

Otherwise, it's just an eternal hostage situation and an elaborate method to relieve ourselves of cognitive dissonance.

A series...

who, when offered a risk free opportunitiy to work towards building a viable alternative with like minded people, unnecessarily cedes their vote and reinforces the very same thing they say they want to reform and change.
December 7, 2025 at 7:12 PM
One of my main pet peeves is when they try to browbeat us into capitulating our votes by saying a vote for a third party is a vote for Trump.

Like, in a handful of swing states where votes actually impact the outcome of the election.

I'm not taking any person who calles themselves a progressive..

our votes, which just enables and reinforces the status quo and creates incentive for them to ignore our demands because we cede our votes to them be default.

They should be making the decision whether they get our votes.

If they ignore us, we establish consequences and build an alternative.

That was my original intion working w/ the Democratic party.

Recruit and grow our voting bloc and condition votes to progressive demands.

We stand united and use our numbers collectively to exert leverage.

Instead, we never use our leverage and infight w/ eachother over whether to capitulate...

needs to be addressed.

Otherwise the progressive movement is just reinforcing the status quo.

Not challenging it.

And it absorbs and redirects any revolutionary energy back to the status quo.

winning a general election reliant on complicity with & greenlighting a genocide.

Saying the problem starts with oligarchs is the obvious part.

Progressives continually enabling them by breaking the line and capitulating their votes every election in exchange for nothing is a problem that...

I'm not replicating it.

Replicating it would be continually betraying & blaming the cause & my group.

Progressives do blame nonvoters & third party voters for the consequences of political failures caused by political decisions that neoliberal Dems serving oligarchs make.

Like making a...

Progressives literally turn on us every election to stan for neolibs.

I'm a former third vice-chair and 2x state delegate for the Democratic party.

The difference is that I don't abandon the group that shares my values every election to stan for neolibs that systematically undermine them.
December 7, 2025 at 6:48 PM
Democratic operators worked very hard to get the Green party kicked off the ballot, monopolize any opposition, and make winning the general reliant on their constituents greenlighting a genocide.
