When some brings that or a similar example up I reframe the question as how many people with a legitimate need are they willing to exclude or deny to ensure one person with an illegitimate need is not served or helped. Generally brings that objection to a halt

That would be the voters, which is why so much has been done neuter our ability to understand and react to what the government is doing. Anything else is authoritarian or will quickly become authoritarian

That just seems like an oddly specific version of “a large enough number will cause the chance of thing to happen to equal 1”

Fair, but why do they need their own base on American soil? And now that they have their own, why should other countries not be allowed to have their own?

Oof, that said, is it because they have so few lawyers willing or able to work? At what point does the government stop replying to lawsuits?

That’s probably why they’re using it. If it doesn’t actually exist then they can label anyone Antifa and there is no way to prove you’re not

Again i agree young people deserve rights, but because they don’t have access to a lot of stuff there has to be a very robust, well funded system in place to help them when the adults in their life are unable to help for any reason
