I did a Mountain Bike race today called the YaizaExtremoSur. A hard 40 KM. I can confirm it was really tough for a man with my rudimentary skills. We also have a Calima going on just to add to the day 😄 Anyway, I podium’d as 2nd in the Old people’s age group which I’m quite chuffed about. 👊

International bike Week Day 9 (Ride 8 for me). Had a bit of a night because of …. Reasons. So even though I had just had a day off I had to drop to group 3. And what a great idea that was as we had a terrific ride out through the Lanzarote Wine growing area
