Well, today I got an urgent referral to see a psychiatrist, disclosed my mental health struggles to my usual supervisor (mainly to make sure he's ready to call 911 if he has a reasonable suspicion that that things may escalate), and I'm inquiring about intermittent FMLA to help manage depression
