I've not heard that phrase directly, but is part of the player culture in the game to satirically and over the top call the in-game enemies communists, socialists, fascists, etc. It's a very intentionally Starship Troopers vibe.

When I was a kid I tried to use the hole in the front. It universally was more difficult and took longer than just pulling the waistband down a bit. And always ended up with after-pee on my underwear. Now a dedicated waistband downer and regret nothing.
