I’ve never worked as a prosecutor before, so I don’t really know how confidentiality works from that perspective, but it is possible that doing what you suggest would be a major ethical violation.

I think I’ve been misunderstanding how British health care works.

I have ADHD. Can you please break these into smaller, more manageable tasks so that I don’t get so overwhelmed I cannot start? Like, how do I begin to dismantle a monopoly? Do I need a wrench? A six sided die?

I honestly haven’t in a very long time but I’ve put the word out to others who do.
