They would rather sell their labor/products in an open market rather than have them go to waste and then be bribed by the Farmer’s Bridge Assistant Program. He is playing farmers for stu-pid.

Trump then redistributes that money to the people (farmers) he betrayed by killing their soybean (and other goods) markets.
I think farmers are intelligent enough to understand what’s going on here.

I thought the Republican Party stood firmly against using taxes to redistribute wealth. That’s what this practice seems like.
Tariffs equal taxes that we pay through higher prices of goods (passed on by busi-ness who pay the import tariffs).

Trump is proposing to distribute $12 billion to selected farmers to ameliorate the damage inflicted through his tariff policies, consequent inflation, and market losses. The money will come, Trump claims, from the money he has hauled in from tariffs.

So, your captain orders you to shoot protesters in the knees?
"The Department of War has received serious allegations of misconduct against Captain Mark Kelly, USN (Ret.). In accordance with the Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. § 688, and other applicable regulations,

The three Trump issues we need to push the press on
1. Trump's suggestion that five? democrats should be executed for saying military personnel should not obey an illegal order (that really is way over the top).

I like Press Secretary's comment on Trump: "He's been the most transparent president in history."
You can say that again.

From that video, it looks as if King Donald is full of shit.

If Trump is so smart (as he just claimed) and transparent, let's see his college grades at Fordham and UPenn.

and two, he and Putin have planned another online ambush of Zelenskyy. I am sure Z is aware of this. He had better come prepared. President MeFirst is going to want to demonstrate that his withered balls are fully operational.

The Press Conference: Two things were clear-- President MeFirst is struggling to create some news that will shift the focus from his obvious participation in the sexploitation parties at Epstein's;

Please, let's get over this news program of the problem with and division of the Dems. This is a news distraction. Let's all support the broad agenda of the Democratic Party-- and that's democracy, caring for all people, not just the billionaire class. We can do this. Stop watching stupid pundits.

If A, then B
If B, then C
If A, then C
A= Trump

Ok. This happened last time, too. Before tariffs announced, huge sells on stock market, people connected to Trump.

Tariffs announced. Stock market tanks for several days.

Huge buys on stock market, people connected to Trump.

Trump wiggles on tariffs; rescinds.

The Republicans who have bowed to Trump from fear of being primaried or from death threats are serious cowards. Zelenskyy has shown us what courage is.

Like so many others, I am terribly embarrassed to be an American.
