all the art ive done on this computer has been limited to sketches bc i just cant get The Feel on it. maybe im out of practice but i do think the tablet being wrong has an impact. which is very annoying bc i dont think i draw enough to justify buying a new tablet -.-

attempted to draw and what im learning is that because my tablet isnt natively supported on win11, it feels Like Shit. it feels bad. even with opentablet to make it actually functional it honestly feels really bad. idk what to really do about that short term but :|

nothing stops the divinity from not coming to a deal, but still picking someone the next morning to deliver a prophecy of the weather so that the chain is unbroken, even if that person does not become The Oracle. noone outside the church has to know this is the case

and tbf there is a general implication that the divinity at play is pretty keen on the island remaining safe and is motivated to make a good deal. so it is POSSIBLE thats not an outright lie. but it absolutely could be.

but as long as the predictions are accurate noone is going to actually call you on it. hell, if youre clever about it and are doing any kind of weather math, you can buy yourself time to even get a new Oracle, bc as far as anyone knows, there is completely continuity
