Schönbrunn Palace is truly the most magnificent European-style building I’ve seen in my life so far. It covers a vast area, and it’s a pity we only started our visit in the afternoon; otherwise, we could easily spend an entire day exploring this place!

Vienna in autumn is comfortable and not too hot, and walking through the streets offers beautiful scenery. Before I knew it, the afternoon had passed. On the way back, I passed by a supermarket near the station and picked up some ingredients to cook.

We assessed that the Danube wasn’t far from our place, so we grabbed our backpacks and walked through streets and parks, finally sitting on a bench by the riverside to enjoy the nice weather. Perhaps because it was a weekday, there weren’t many people around.

Next stop, Vienna. We quickly called an Uber to head to our accommodation. Unfortunately, the navigation malfunctioned, so we ended up dragging our luggage for another 20 minutes before arriving. It was a self-check-in again, and after settling in, we immediately went grocery shopping!

A must-do in Prague is shopping for souvenirs! We visited the Botanicus store and went on a shopping spree.There happened to be a Taiwanese staff member who enthusiastically recommended popular items and suitable products,and we ended up spending quite a bit! Afterward, we enjoyed some Czech cuisine

Honestly, Prague isn’t a place you can fully explore in just five days. Next time, I’ll need to stay longer to truly savor this city.

Prague Castle is truly a magical place. Imagining the past, when kings and nobles lived here, overlooking the entire town, with its tightly packed buildings all featuring the same orange-red rooftops, is fascinating.

The city center of Prague is truly breathtaking. The Basilica of St. Peter and St. Paul is indescribably magnificent, and the Prague Castle district is stunningly beautiful and vast. It’s no wonder this city is considered one of the most beautiful in Europe.

Along the forest trail, we came across a restaurant that served barbecue and American-style burgers, so we decided to stop and enjoy some food. Later, we discovered there was a shopping mall nearby, so we walked over to check it out, looking for anything special to buy or some snacks to try.

The next day, we woke up early, probably still adjusting to the time difference, and decided to take a walk nearby. Behind our accommodation, there was a small hill and the ruins of a castle. We enjoyed our vacation in this peaceful forest, and along the way, we even came across a deer park.

When we arrived at the hotel in the suburbs of Prague, the first thing we did was head to a nearby supermarket to shop and enjoy some European food. The weather here was mild, cool but not humid, and the view was great. We spent a relaxing afternoon enjoying the atmosphere.

After finishing our beer festival visit, we caught a bus to Prague, arriving in the evening. We quickly booked a nearby hotel, rested, enjoyed breakfast the next morning, and took an Uber to our four-night stay.

After arriving in Munich, our first stop was, of course, Oktoberfest! After a long flight of over ten hours, finally enjoying such delicious and flavorful food almost brought me to tears.

A year has passed since my European internship, which began on September 19, 2023. After two months of preparation, Joe and I flew to Haneda for a transfer to Munich, Germany.
