I see, what prevented me from enjoying it the first time I saw it was that I'm a softie who can't stand seeing women being helplessly abused, killed and mistreated. Although, as you say, there's probably some point behind, I should look at it again with a grain of salt.

I see. In my opinion Snyder zombie movies are by far my favorites in the genre. And I don't know if you'll hate me for this since I don't know your opinion on Sucker Punch, but that movie is my least favorite of everything Snyder did.

Can I suggest a solution? Watch it in its Latin American dub with English subtitles so you don't have to listen to Chris's voice and can still enjoy the movie with objectively good voice actors.

Now that I think about it, did Princess Rabbit have laid before he met Bowser? I imagine he had to learn from somewhere how to make his daddy so "happy", and I don't think bunnies taught him.

You know me so well. :😊 The other reasons would be that she's an easygoing villain. Spoiled enough to be a villain, but harmless enough not to be malicious. She has a lot of chaotic energy and lives in the Transformers Animated universe. So I could meet Sari and Optimus.

Yes, he's so insanely dangerous and self-destructive that it's literally safer to have him as a foe than as an ally, and I'm not kidding. He saved Earth on at least three separate occasions. That's more times the number of successes he had in his invasion schemes.

The last lukewarm defense I'll give Charlotte is that much of her motivation for teaching her daughter that predatory attitude isn't so much to glorify capitalism, but because, in her view, a woman needs those kinds of attitude to endure a male-dominated world.
