Maybe! But the scene being kinda fruity but in a plausibly deniable way was actually my impression upon first watching the show almost a year ago. I'm a silly gay. X3

Oh! And not to mention the way Ami kept blushing at Makoto during random scenes int he first season, like during the ice skating episode where Makoto was showing off. There's a lot of subtly gay scenes in the first season. It's fun how the show just got MORE gay after that.

(Also that one short little scene where Ami falls down in an alleyway and Makoto looks at her rear end was definitely fruity. Seemed like the animators had some fun with that.)

Usagi looking at Ami all fondly and thinking, "What a cute thing to say" seemed a little fruity to me too, but that might just be my sapphic self seeing things that aren't there haha.

I'm so sorry you're going through this. This isn't a good time for anyone who's trans, and I can't imagine facing racial discrimination on top of that. :/
