Also restaurants will deprioritize that 3rd party delivery because it's not as profitable for them. And the delivery drivers they send (at least where i have worked, not saying all here) tend to be rude at best and abusive at worst to the restaurant staff, further causing problems.

That's been my theory for a while. It just makes a lot of sense to me that as a kid she may have accidentally let a bit of it loose and probably killed a lot of servants on accident. It makes how reluctant she is to step up herself in fights make a lot more sense.
