leistungsorientierter Kindersport ist ein riesen Problem, vor allem wenn dabei die körperliche Entwicklung nicht beachtet wird. Freude an der Bewegung und eine gute motorische Grundausbildung sind ein probates Mittel zur Prävention, das leider zu viele nicht auf dem Zettel haben

Spondylolisthesis ist ja eigentlich die Folge von Überbelastung, gleichzeitig wird immer früher auf eine Sportart spezialisiert, ohne die entsprechende motorische Grundausbildung. manchmal habe ich das Gefühl dass sich das vor allem auf der Sportseite (Trainer...) noch nicht ganz angekommen ist
