a drawing of my cat, bean, with her eyes closed and her face floof wide. its done in black dry erase marker on my fridge whiteboard. wife put it up to write lists of food we have so we know what we can cook, but its mostly become a place for me to poorly draw things for her to find later. we still have no clue what food we have in the fridge without opening it and tallying everything our memory is feeble. probably because we are hungry because we dont know what to eat.

Bean the small orange cat has returned from her teeth cleaning at the vet with ZERO extractions required!!!! she is still riding that gabafentanyl high though. they cut her nails as a courtesy but she manages their length on her own so shes just super confused about being ground-bound now.

this is where i post from
the “reading corner” of my apartment. there is a light green bolstered chair and ottoman with a green square pillow, a round orange pillow, and my siamese/ragdoll cat sleeping on it. behind the chair are two bookshelves with many books, plants, and a record player as well as some more plants on other stands and windowsills. it’s definitely the most put-together part of the apartment.

5h of cleaning and disinfecting, one bath, 2 types of medicine, and a lot of laundry later, Pizza Crust’s ringworm treatment has begun.
Pizza Crust the orange/tan foster cat wrapped in a teal towel, drying after having a ringworm bath and anti-fungal medication put on top of his head. it makes him look like he’s fully bald and would be funnier if i wasn’t up til 2a cleaning everything he touched.
