She wants a pipeline for which there is no proponent or business case, for no discernible reason other than she thinks it would be a political win. She’s prepared to spend as much as she has to to get that win. Albertans should be concerned, she’s blowing their tax dollars on this nonstarter.

If they were genuinely concerned about drugs the Sackler’s would be being frog marched to prison right now and their billions seized as proceeds of crime. They blame America’s drug problem on everyone but a white family from Iowa who are the single biggest reason the U.S. has an opioid problem.

You can absolutely tell when someone is baked primarily because they reek of weed. Edibles are a little different but even then you can tell if someone has had one. Pot is absolutely not addictive. Booze is legal and absolutely addictive. Importantly, you will never hear about

I maintain that churches should have the same age restrictions as bars. No one under 21 is allowed in. If parents want their kids to learn about the Bible they can do that safely at home. Churches are no place for children.
