Exactly. He's continuing to allow and encourage the erosion of trans rights and even like two weeks ago when he was asked about lgbtq+ rights he said " yes California supports gays and lesbians." I'm so tired of being told to be a team player and not object to the erasure of trans rights in CA.

Dude, he's been running for president for a decade. Of course everyone needs to vote against MAGA in the general, but we deserve better than that sleezeball and I pray the left doesn't fall for his lies in the primary.

What? Other gov.s have been fighting aggressively for months while Gavin slid to the right and avoided criticizing Trump. Trans kids have lost rights in CA, immigrants and homeless thrown under the bus. He's an opportunist who will jump to the right again in the general election.

How's that? He tried to court white nationalists a couple months ago and that didn't work even with him talking shit about trans people and immigrants so he figures tweets in all caps are his path to the White House. He doesn't care about anyone but himself.

He's willing to throw any minority group under the bus if it would get him points on a national level, so immigrants and poor people shouldn't really hold their breath but the white nationalists didn't like him when he tried to hang out with them so he's pretending to be in the resistance. 2/2

Well, not transgender americans. The only statement he has made since January about that is agreeing with white nationalists about how disturbing transgender people are, and he's been pressuring California politicians not to publicly support trans kids. 1/2

It would be but unfortunately California is just a stepping stone to his ultimate goal of the white house. We don't actually matter to him, which is why he throws marginalized groups under the bus when he talks to his white nationalist friends on his podcast.

He hasn't come out once to speak and support of trans kids well the Trump administration demonizes them. Other governors have made statements of support, but he does not. Instead, he brings white supremacist on his podcast and agrees with them about how troubling transgender people are.
