I also recommend disabling comments and quote posts once the time to interact to increase the formlock time ends.

That way, after the post remains open for 24 hours and then closes, I would only count how much time I will be formlocked based on the interactions in the first 24 hours, and not counting ones after the closure of the post.

I also think it should’ve been better to have interactions for the duration close sooner. A couple of days may be a lil too long to have the interactions for the formlock to be open. IMO, I would’ve done 24 hours before preventing anymore interactions from counting towards the formlock duration.

Thing is I Really tried to do the math on my form time. I was looking at other formlock interaction ratios, comparing them with my own posts average interactions, and then OOPS it popped off and went on for more than double what I anticipated

I guess somebody must’ve had a master key or something to unlock ya guys. But seriously, you’re right. Formlocks can be difficult to commit to. It’s best to start small before going too long, or set a maximum limit when you do formlocks next time.
