re: "forced diversity"
all fiction is forced, it doesn't just happen. humans create it. our world is diverse. making an effort to reflect the diversity of the world in your fiction is cool. also, no one can create a perfect universal work of fiction. do we have love or hate in our hearts?

publishing now is all "you wrote a book? cool now sell it full time also" and im like okay but im not good at that im better at writing the book
