I think they all do that to some degree and it’s likely about buffering the signal. In theory, if your speed and connection (cable vs wifi, etc) are better so would your buffering.

It’s not that confusing and the lottery is setup to remove the incentives of tanking to rebuild which happened for years. The Astros were a good example of this.

It’s his second start since rehab. He did fine against a pretty stacked padres offense. He will get better and I have more confidence with him than just about anyone not named Woo in the rotation.
