Canada's 100% tariffs on Chinese EVs was put in place AT THE REQUEST of the US Govt, which now wants to kill Canada's car industry, shifting everything to the US. That tariff cost us $$$ on agricultural exports to China. Yes, I'd say Mr. Carney made a sound commercial decision

Maybe not. The ideals were there, baked into the Constitution and Declaration of Independence, in a way they weren't anywhere else. Just like religion, it's people who screw it up.
