Today marks 2 months since Melissa Hortman, her husband and dog were shot in their own home. She was an actual politician, she deserved flags lowered, the attention and all the fuzz.

Isn't it ironic how the same people who say Muslims hate LGBTQIA people, freedom of speech and separation of church and state are the same who advocate for hate on LGBTQIA people, ending church and state separation and free speech

Small government Republicans will look you in the eye and say they want a smaller state and then proceed to send federal troops to LA and DC, use the state governments to ban books and put your data in some wacky corporate database, so much for the small state eh

These are the only states that have made child marriage illegal, it is 2025 and there are still over half of states that let you marry a child.

Gay marriage has only been legal for 10 years, may be just 16 if the Supreme Court does consider to overturn it, somehow the problem to Republicans is two adults with consent marrying eachother, not kids being married away to adults
