Ever since playing Death Stranding during THE EVENT, i've gained a stronger appreciation of the mainland compared to my prior years in #SL where i'd mostly clung to those isolated private regions that dot the infinite ocean. i've continually joked since, that the #SLmainland is a 'strand-type' game.

Over the past couple of years i've been helping my friend Rez Gray's project to map out the #SLMainland and it's given me an appreciation of the connectedness and communities of #SecondLife compared to other instanced virtual worlds where the only form of travel is a teleport and loading screen.

We've just released the Orbital Module Prefabs. Need somewhere to dwell kilometres above the surface, up amongst the stars? Berth your vessel, stretch those legs and walk off that cabin fever from the lightyear-long voyage.
