I actually have …both a winter and a summer duvet 🫣 But yes, my winter one is *warm* warm, because I’m a frozen cold popsicle at night. They seem to sell them at lots of different warmths, in any case, so it hasn’t been a problem for me to find one that suits what I need!

I had this exact problem (thank you, ADHD sensory brain!) and using a European duvet solution -aka, a thick duvet with a cover that can be removed to be washed, sort of like a sheet - has changed. my. life. I will evangelize at length if you want/need!
