Trump invaded Venezuela, captured its president, and bragged about it on Fox like it was a reality TV episode. He says it’s about drugs, but there’s no plan to dismantle cartels, stabilize the region, or name a successor. Now he’s pushing the “Donroe Doctrine” (named after himself) to justify more.
I would feel a lot better about the world if the man leading the largest military in the world was not a former Fox News host and his boss was not a convicted felon.

I’ve got bad news for the President. I just don’t think he’s going to get that Nobel Peace Prize he’s after. It’s based on a feeling I have that I just can’t put my finger on.

2026 is the year that will make or break America. MAGA is a sinking ship. The movement is a symbol of chaos, cruelty, and collapse. Christian nationalism, disinformation, and performative outrage have replaced actual governance. But there’s still time to chart a different course.
Does anyone else stop multiple times a day & think about how we could be working together to end homelessness, hunger, & cure cancer, but instead we are fighting to stop the government from kidnapping people & the president from dodging accountability and protecting powerful men tied to trafficking?

Tim Walz is a decent person, with a caring family and would have made an excellent VP. Can't say any of those things about the guy who is obsessed with him.

They are not releasing the boat murder video because it would expose international crimes. The GOP in Congress could stop all of this, but they would rather protect Trump than uphold their oath of office.

As we honor Melissa Hortman, her husband Mark, and Gilbert the goodest boy, I keep coming back to this: an assassination on American soil should have shaken the nation. Instead, it got buried by the next catastrophe. Too much pain, too little space to feel it. And that’s terrifying.
