My partner is really about to lose his job after 21 years as a federal civil servant and 3 years in the Air Force because he took a promotion in another department 11 months ago and he’s missing the probationary cut off by 3 weeks. Had a 4.98 out of 5 performance review score, too. We’re devastated.
