This 100%. It's helped me with many things, and even as an artist it can be useful or at the very least it's very fun to play with

It's another reason why I push people to switch to Linux bc YOU'RE the one in control of your system, rather than your system telling you what you can and can't do. Sure, you might break some things and make a mess, but it's YOUR mess and no one else's.
