Doesn’t mean much. It’s a screenshot going around. Where did your friend get it from? Who was the original person who leaked it?

This reeks of being fake. Where is the original source? This is the type of stuff republicans would do to share and spread rumors. Remember during Covid all those fake “military leaks” that sounded just like this? More than ever we need to be thinking critically and not be vulnerable to disinfo.
