I guess it's a lot...Imagine a world and try to go there. Some things cannot be forced. If the world you envision does not have pine trees, then it will never have pine trees. The thought of them will bring us closer to reality, but who really wants that, right?

To some this be common sense. To others, they will roll their eyes and continue thinking the opposite. But I for one thinks creativity is important in programming.
